Default tyres and insurance

do you think that an insurance company would refuse to pay out if you had an accident and one of your tyres was past the TWI?

If an SV650 has a flat tyre in the forest and no-one is there to blow it up, how long will it be 'til someone posts that the reg/rec is duff and the world will end unless a CBR unit is fitted? A little bit of knowledge = a dangerous thing.

don't worry it is

it's new tyre time so was just thinking.

looks like loads of life left in the tyre and it's been on the TWI for a while now but i would rather be safe that sorry
