Default GNR Chinese Democracy

Anyone heard it yet?

What do you think? Worth the 14 year wait?

I've not heard the album and am unlikely to go out of my way to do so, but the review above seems very easy to believe.

Not heard it, and quite frankly probably wouldn't go and buy it either.
THis album is not by Bums n Posties .. its by Axl Rose and god knows who eles.
I am currently reading 'Slash' by Slash and its a very intriguing read. Its almost unbelievable in places, but so unbelievable you actually believe it all..lol
I think all peeps about to buy the album should read his book first, it would give great insight to how the original guns n roses worked (or didn't)

Axl Rose couldn't do it on his own then, I doubt he could do it now either....and why does he have a full head of braids, last time I saw he was going bald..!

Had this for a week now and really like it , it`s a bit heavier in places than the old poodle permery , very modern sounding and still has something about it . Deffo worth a listen ..... or a download at least (B<

Warning : it`s a bit of a mish mash and may not be to everyone`s tastes .

Is that you in the AV Dizzy?
Have you joined the X-Men?

It's actually quite good.

I was expecting a pile of steaming horse poo and self indulgent dribble.

But I was quite suprised, it's a bit dated but what do you expect from an album that was started in 1994!

Apparently there is another album due in 2012. Expect it in 2025!

I listened to a few songs on their MySpace site this morning- thought that they fairly rocked.

Had a classic GnR vibe with more modern guitaring and production.

Think I'll get me this one.
