Default Anyone any good with electronics and battery voltages?

I just picked up a Panasonic camcorder and have been looking for some aftermarket batteries. The original spec is 3.6v but most of the ones I've seen are 3.7v. Is this likely to be an issue? They say they are compatible.

90% plus you will be ok.We use rechargeable for nearly everything not had a problem. 0.1v as a percentage of 3.7 not worth thinking about. I would work it out but post stroke confusion makes it hard to concentrate.

Cheers. The listing says it's compatible, I would think the onboard circuitry would allow for slight variation in battery voltages.

Can I also ask about chargers? The charger that came with the camera has an output of 4.2v, loads of others on Amazon also output 4.2v, would these be ok? It's an Ex Pro Charger with the correct mount and connectors for the camera.
