So this Farce Book malarcy...

in the odd moment my brain has to think, I have noticed that most of my "friends" seem to still be having wild times, fying off all over the world, partying 24-7 etc etc.... and distributing drunken party photos all over the world of farce book.

Now im circa 24 in a good job etc etc very happy with life thank you in the whole....



I partied I had a good time but that was at school years ago., but now I work full time and enjoy the other bits and Pieces I do and party (yea haaa) when I get the chance...

so this leads me onto the valid and thoughtful question..

Is it me or are the all slackers...?

how do they maintain that sort of lifestyle..?

Should I quit it all and become a slacker..?

What advantages does "slacking" have...?

is it cost effective being a slacker?


right... must go and buy some Nytol...

Phil, im with you. I cant understand how these poeple go on holiday and do all the stuff they do and still live. Either they are massivly in debt, or scamming the system some how!

I find it a source of amusement but nothing more than that really...

Maybe they aren't partying as much as their facebook makes out. One of my friends only ever puts up photos of holidays or birthday nights out - looking at her facebook page you'd think she was out 24/7 but actually, she isnt.

I think facebook is over-rated sometimes and can make some individuals quite unhappy because their circle of "friends" isn't as wide as they hoped or their profile/life looks boring compared to other people.

I'm in the same boat as you, 24 and see people on facebook doing ALOT of cool things, I was fortunate enough to travel most of europe in my teens canoeing so it does not bother me in the slightest but Kerry gets jealous as she is the facebook type.

The problem with facebook is that everyone on it would love you to think they are leading a perfect brilliant life........but in reality they spend all their time on it looking to see if they are doing better than everyone else.......keeping up with the jones i believe it is called.

There is alot of people on my friends list who are traveling all over etc but they dont have a reliable job, if a job at all and they are still living at home with mummy and daddy or renting with friend between their traveling.........not an idealic life in my eyes.

But

Thats because people want different things from life.
