Thumbs down Flippin' mobiles

Punched a driver today using his mobile !

Well not quite. I was filtering outside a stream of slow moving traffic. Oncoming traffic also slow moving, one oncoming driver is further out than the rest causing me to slow right down. Guess what, he's on his mobile ! I'm ready to give him a mouthful but realise his window's open, so I pat his mobile against his ear while passing.

Did I do wrong ? Wife says what if he got your reg number.

I felt a mixture of emotions after, a bit stupid but a bit smug, I've nearly been wiped out by the b*stards a few times so I felt like I'd got my own back !

I can just imagine the phone call............

"whilst driving irratically whilst on my phone today some bleedin' biker sticks his hand through my window and smacks me......"

Don't worry Jack at the end of the day, it's his word against yours even if he did complain. Somehow I don't see witnesses queueing up to help him.

With hindsight, don't you wish you'd grabbed it out of his hand and thrown under the wheels of the oncoming traffic? So what would he tell a copper? "There was I, blatantly committing a three point offence, when a passing citizen made me aware of the error of my ways".

You are not the Massiah and you're a very naughty boy.
