I saw 'em at Leeds a couple of years back- I was too young the first time round

And I was full of cynicism and abuse until pretty much the second they took the stage- they were absolutely fantastic. Never have I eaten mu words more completely. Buckethead (now left the band, sadly) did a Nunchuk solo

And they played Madagascar for the first time anywhere, and it was genius.

Going to the download festival at donnington park next week to see them and loads of other heavy metal bands.

I was going to go see them when they were on their Use Your Illusion tour.... the amount of 14 year old boys around in G'n'R t-shirts put me off so I went home.

I really should've stayed but oh well.

Thought about that myself, but the bill's not interesting enough I think... It'd make a good 2-day festival, but they've stretched it over 3 again.
