Default Servicing K6 Sv650s this weekend... any tips?

Servicing my 2006 SV650S this weekend

So Basically I have:
Oil
K&N Oil Filter
K&N Air Filter
NGK Iridium Tip Spark Plugs (X2)

Do I need anything else for an Engine Service?

I Have all the tools I think I'll need.

Is there anything I should be aware of prior to me starting the service on my bike?

I've serviced cars many times before, but have never serviced a Bike.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
G.

Has the coolant and brake fluid been changed recently?

Not really sure to be honest

Only have the bike 2/3 months. There is only 8000 Miles on it and it had a "FULL" service this time last year.
The front brake is a bit squeaky when cold, but there is lots of Pad left.

The Brake fluid in the Reservoir's are full and fluid is very clear/clean.

So not really 100% sure if it needs doing. Brakes are strong and not "squishy"

Coolant is also quite full and clear and not dirty, dunno if that means anything.
Are air locks and issue while changing coolant on an SV650?

New Crush Washer for the Sump Bolt wouldn't go amiss, but isnt essential.

Beware the Sump Bolt, dont over-tighten.

When checking the oil level make sure the bike is level! Not on it's stand.

When you have drained the carp old oil out and it is sitting nicely on the floor in a suitable container dont tread in it Like I did

When you swing the radiator forward to change the front plug, use a small bungee cord, piece of string or cable ties around the forks to keep it out of the way while replacing the plug.
