Bad luck dude.
French cars have never really had a reputation for reliability Was it brand new ? If so that is V poor indeed. What model is it ? Jap cars are the way forward IMHO. |

Wow, what renault was it then?
That'll teach ya to be a boy racer and buy a turbo wont it Surley if its only 23miles you can reject the car as "not being fit for purpose" and demand a new one, no?

Biggest pile of crap we've ever owned - it's cost me (yes, I know it's her car ) almost £400 in the last two months for repairs, including the starter motor and two coil-packs. My 6-year old Suzuki hasn't even blown a light-bulb never mind broken down. You want quality then get a Japanese car that's build in Japan. Or, failing that, get a Honda. |

Mrs Tricky has a Yaris, got recalled for a mod a few months ago and they gave her a bottle of wine to make up for the inconvenience ! |

I'm with Tricky, If you want a reliable car, look no further than the Japanese.
Wouldn't touch french with a barge pole... Wasn't one of those hideous Meganes was it? |
