Yes,

1. Get a ferry that goes to Northern Ireland
2. Use a sat nav or map to help you get there

Sorry I'm bored

Talking Re: Nw200

Hi, went to NW200 last year.
Camped at Stranraer and caught the 04.30 ferry over, rode around the coast road, stopping at Giants Causeway (Don't do it, OK going down to see, but hiking back up in motorbike boots and full leathers nearly killed me! LOL).

Followed on to Portrush and sat on the embankment before church, (Cost £10) to get to sit on grass with lots of drunk obnoxious irish chav's. During the breaks in racing you can move around. I wouldn't go up to the corner again but probably down the road back towards the magic roundabout.
Set off mid afternoon and rode back to Belfast and caught 6;30 ferry back, went to bar on site, got pished, slept off and rode back. Nice cafe on road back into Stranraer.

This is the cheep way to do it £25 for ferry and £25 for 2 nights camping in Stranraer. Only problem with day trip ferry deal is the times of the ferry. Have heard they are not going to do the day trip offer on that weekend this year, but heard the same thing for last year!

To be honest, I actually enjoyed the Armoy Race of Legends more. It is less commercial and feels more like 'Irish Road Racing'. Closer to the action and not loads of drunk irish chavs.
