upload the photo you wish to host to an internet hosting site (such as ImageShack) and then copy the propertys of the Http: address, then in the text box click on the little picture of the mountain with the small sun Icon. then paste the Http: address into the box that appers...

you can now upload images to imageshack, there is an upload box just below the editor to do it. It will not insert the link for you anymore, you will still have to copy and paste that in yourself.
