Dropped a deposit on this
GSX-R750 K7, sadly I don't collect it until 17th March but its something to look forward to!
    I tested quite a few bikes yesterday and in the end decided this was the right bike for me! |

Over the last few months I've tried loads. R1, Fireblade, 749, 848, Daytona 675, street triple R and a few more. I got on the GSXR750 on Friday and loved it. Flicked all the right switches.
I tested a few triumphs on the same day but I was kind of put off by the dealer as he was dismissive because of my age. Aside from that triumphs made a whistling noise that I just couldn't deal with so that pretty much wrote them off. The Ducatis (although I love them) were simply too focused and uncomfortable. The R1 and Fireblade were too much to insure. Another bike that I tested that is definitely worth a mention is the new Aprilia Shiver. Its an awesome bike and loads of fun, definitely worth a try if you are after a naked bike. |
