Default Getting a seat cowl painted?

I've seen a non standard seat cowl that I like the look of for the sv, but it comes unpainted. How much would it cost to have a seat cowl sprayed professionally and where can do it? (if anyone knows anywhere in the west mids that'd be great). Thanks
