Default WD40 tip!

whoever said about putting wd40 on a rag for wiping oil of your wheels is a god in my eyes.

my Lubeman end had fallen off and spat a load of oil over the rim on the read and i thought i was going to have an oily battle but after trying the wd40 the wheels have never been so shiny

it maybe an old tip but its new to me but i'm thankful and so is my bike!

Dont think it was me but it is something I do as a case of habit. It does a great job doesnt it? Bit more involved for me now as the Marchesini's have 5 spokes and you have to clean them from both sides?remind me why did I get rid of my SV? Glad your clean up was not as arduos as you expected!

I've mentioned it a time or two in different posts and different M/C sites. Just be carefull when you spray WD-40 as it is flammable.
Cheers!

And its not just good for motorbikes either, according to the talk sport radio show Fishermans Tales, the match fishermen spray it on their bait and tackle to attract fish :P
