Belbin & Tuckman
I've been doing some research into these two chaps as I'm undertaking studies in management.
Anybody here done the same?  I'm already familiar with the various websites etc - I was just wondering if any .orgers had any opinions/knowledge about the workings of teamwork etc that they successfully published. Just bouncing a few ideas around for my analysis (in essay form)...not really cheating...just want to make sure that I'm not barking up the wrong tree as it were.
