Travelodge in Guildford ?
Hi All ,
Sorry to bother You.... but My wife and I are staying at the Travelodge on 29th Dec. Are the any decent Pubs nearby ?? Thanks, Caz. |

The closest decent one is a good 15min walk. Easy enough to get a cab ride into the centre which is only a few mins away by car. Lots of good resturants and bars there and there is a large taxi rank to pick up one on the way back too. Guildford is pretty accessable by taxi.
Wagamama's is good..highly recommended for a quick eat. |

Britannia is where we hold our meets. Nice burgers there. It's next to the council offices on the river.

They've just opened a frankie and benny's at the travelodge.
Wooden bridge- my local too, avoid! It's pants. I prefer Pews, Slug and Lettuce, and White House which are all in town. Although the Drummond isn't too bad either, just outside of town. |
