Cheap hosting?

Anyone recommend a nice cheap or free (ie: 25 quid a year or less) hosting provider who gives you plenty disk space for photo's, a good data transfer allowance and no adverts?

I use a web site hosted at home on an OLD Win2K laptop, but it's always getting switched off at the plug by my wife, or loosing it's wireless connecton, or blue screening (I did say OLD!) and family are always moaning that they can't get to the site to see the latest pictures of my baby and I have to go and attend to it.

I want to get it hosted somewhere with 24/7 availability, I have Win2003 capable servers and stuff I could host it on here, but it'll cost me more than 25 quid a year in electricity and I'd have to do some CAT5 cabling in the house, my phone line and router are in the living room and my wife would have a fit if I ran a server in the living room!!

Oh and I'm a Microsoft, VMware, Citrix tecchie, not a web developer with any fancy website skills, so Frontpage extensions would be good too.
