Any Metallica fans here?

I just bought a Metallica album (Saint / Anger) which is v cool

The thing is i'm only into the slower / more melodic tracks like One , Fade to Black etc.. Can anyone reccommend some more tracks in that style by them? Or any other albums that i'd like?

You'll probably also like Megadeth's new(ish) album 'United Abominations' - it sounds a bit like older Metallica stuff.

S&M is pretty awesome album too.

black is a good album, quite commercial but still fugging good! and justice for all...my fave is Kill'em all!

check out metallica apocolyctia, it sliek a classical symphony thing.version of metallica songs, i only found it recently but its pretty damn good!

the Load album isnt bad, quite soft'ish, st anger is ok, they were beter with newstead on bass!

curently rocking to slipknot and sepultura!!

yeah, the oldie but goodie stuff conquers all. I liked S&M cause the symphonic element really went well. But thats as far into the present as I will listen to by them
