Default what a wake up call!

Now my parents house is a proper old victorian house-so the walls are really thick...
last couple of weeks weve heard the neighbours arguing and have been keeping a note of it as 3 children live in the house and they could often be heard crying and upset duing these arguements, often thought about calling the police but then it would all settle down and stop.
Well new years eve at 1am it all kicked off again, ended up with the bloke sleeping in his car all night! and we decided then that was enough, anymore and police are gonna be involved....and i'll make this clear now its HER thats starts on HIM!

well 8.30 am this morning im woken up buy them screaming at shouting at the kids crying, come out my room and you can hear the bloke sobbing and her her yelling at him-then i heard him say "well you might aswell just *beep* stab me!" .....run downstairs and tell my mum who calls the police, as shes on the line they start screaming again and the kids are sobbing and shouting...(even the operator can hear it all!)...
Next theres a "Thud" and the womens yelling "omg omg omg" and the kids are running into the street screaming so i ran round in my pj's-hes "fell" down the stairs!!
She wouldnt let me i the house or take the kids round to ours so we just had to sit and wait for police and ambulance to arrive.
Theyve been and gone, no injuries but both have been warned that if police are called again-action will be taken.
Im still shaking, just hope that after all this is finally gave our neighbour some courage to kick her out (police asked us how many nights she stays-we said she lives there-turns out shes got house in MK so next phone call is to the dss as you bet she's claming tax credits etc)

weve known the neighbour for a few years now, hes a really nice guy and has helped me out when i was having hassle off an ex few years ago, she swears and shouts and her kids (age range from about 6-15) and its not the first time weve hear them crying, when kids are involved theres no way we could ignore it.

I don't know the full story here, was the guy pushed down the stairs or fell as a reult of the argument?

It sounds like to me, that the wife should have been arrested and taken away, I can think of 3 reason why I could have done that and been totally justifed in doing so. Lets hope its go no worse eh? Would hate to think about about next time.

She says he "fell", we know different as ( i think) did the officers attending, not his wife (thank god) just his partner.she told the officers that shes gonna move out tomorrow-we will see.
its why we called the police tis time hun, when i heard him say "you might aswell just stab me" you could imagine and see how it was gonna end up!
Its the 3 girls i feel sorry for the most.

Disgusting and like you I couldn`t have ignored it... There`s young kids involved and they shouldn`t have to be subjected to that kind of abuse. Cos of the age of the kids you could call your local health centre and speak to one of the health visitors... you would remain anonymous and it`d just be dealt with via the child protection route. Children are far better off with one happy parent than 2 unhappy ones in my opinion

terrible that kids are involved as their the ones which suffer(i know, my parents had a volotile relationship & as i am an only child i was caught in the middle&knocked from pillar to post til i was 9/10).

well done paws for interveening, this woman sounds like a b**ch & the kids deserve better.

on a lighter note, send for jeremy kyle
