Off zx9 site and i know the lad:

SINGLE SEAT COWL ON BACK, BLACK DOUBLE BUBBLE SCREEN, R&G TAIL TIDY WITH SMALL PERSONALISED PLATE ON REAR THE PLATE HAS "IF YOU CAN READ THIS YOUR SPEEDING" ON THE BOTTOM THE REG IS AJ03 UKZ.

STOLEN FROM MORRISONS IN WELLINGBOROUGH
IT WAS BETWEEN 12NOON AND 9PM.

Morrisons car park, that is rude!

Is the car park covered by CCTV? Any chance the police can see the footage?

As Bear says, plus have they spoken to security guards and trolley boys at the store? There's usually at least 1 memeber of staff at/overlooking the car par at supermarkets.

hmmm maybe im having a sense of humour failure here but i didnt actually find that funny, i know the lad-hes worked hard to buy that bike and is a top bloke, i just hope you never have a bike stolen.

It gets worse, seems like they were out in force that day...
A further 3 bikes were stolen from surrounding areas.. , i dont know where and what the other 2 were but the 3rd was a cbr125 from higham ferrers.
So thats 4 bikes stolen in a day from wellingborough/higham ferrers and surrounding areas

Yup, sorry, was tasteless given the circumstances. Hope he gets it back (minus cheesy plate).
