Well ive taken out insurance with them. I foolishly took it without asking what the excess was, I though no big deal the certificate will say. Nope. All its says is:-
Special conditions:- Accidental damage, Fire and Theft excess. Riding other bikes excluded. Doesnt mention the excess amount. I suppose ill haveto give them a ring, though I think im goin to E-mail them tonight, see if they tell me by tomorrow afternoon then ring them if I havnt got any word back. Im just wondering if anyone else has had this issue? Wether your certificate of insurance mentiones the excess and what it might mean if it doesnt mention it. ![]() |

Got 4 different policy's (2 car's, 2 bikes) and they all list the excess ammount somewhere.. sometimes hidden on the paperwork that comes with it.
Don't think i have had a policy that didn't list one, A previous policy had "excess: None" printed on it ![]() |
