Default Brake hose length, pointy vs curvy 2pc race kit

I've just received my goodridge braided hoses (the 2 piece set that does away with the splitter), and I think that I've been sent the wrong model, as the sticker on the box says they're for an SK3-5, not a curvy.

Is there much difference in length, or do I need to send them back?

Cheers,

Tim

I'd be surprised if the lines were significantly different in length, get the front forks fully extended and make sure they're going to be long enough, if yes then they'll be fine.

The front's should be ok. I think the biggest difference is in the rear line with the curvy's underslung caliper vs the pointy' top mounted caliper. You said it's only a 2 line set, but surely, if you going to upgrade/replace your lines, you're going to do the front and rear!??

The rear locks up all the time, and that's just engine braking

Or just swings about in the air around the front headstock, so can't see the point in doing the rear too.

No, got them from brakes 4 u, I'm happy sending them back, but if they fit fine then I'll use them. Anyone with a 2pc front set up able to measure the lenngth of their hoses?

They looked a tad long on the front of mine, didn't fit em though.

Looks like on the original order I clicked on the wrong button, I am a fool, but brakes 4 u are happy to swop for the correct lines, so I can't complain about their customer service. Just a delay in fitting them now.
