At last!
Managed a decent run out to the coast
 I had to go down and see a mate down there so i went on the bike. Its all come flooding back and all so much better on a modern bike instead of the pikey bolides of old  I shall now be mostly being lovely t'wards missus in order to have permission granted for further forays
