Smile Happy St George's Day

I will be wearing my England shirt to work today. Will anyone else be celebrating today, or not bothering?

There is actually a full day of events planned here in Rugby. St George will be riding in to town, fighting the Black Knight, judging the Dragon competition and generally doing his bit

There are bands playing, school children singing, all sorts of jollity.

A big change for a borough council who only a couple of years ago said they would not fly the Cross of St George from the town hall in case it upset other nationalities. Mind you, after people scaled the town hall several times during the following nights to put a flag up, they changed their mind on that one

Happy St. Georges Day to you too.....I'm suprised that the PC crowd haven't banned it yet.

My sons 16th Birthday today........so that would make me censored years old.

Cry God for England, Harry and St George!

How come we don't get free hats in the pub like we do on St Patrick's day and Australia day?

I'm doing nothing. More because I didn't even know than anything else.
