Default An unusual one.

Well orgers finally got the g/f some kit and got her on the back of the bike tonight . Went for a 30min ride and it was jolly nice

As they do she is now moaning that she found it hard to hold on when I "went fast" . She couldnt hold on to the grab rail as tight as she would have liked as its quite fat and she has only got small hands

Anyway...... does anyone know where i can find a thinner grab rail?? Perhaps off another model of bike that will just bolt on???

Women eh lol

Thanks in advance

Can't help with the problem...however give me a call when you are free and the 4 of us will go for a bimble!

How about love handles so that she can hold on easier to you???

I don't use the grab rail, but as I only have small hands myself, the couple of times I tried it I agree about it being a struggle.

Try a renntec rack.................nice thin top rail to hold on to.

Sounds like she needs to switch to the old 'reach around'. No worries about too fat there, I imagine

Also, one other thing.....get some anti slip matting for the pillion seat. You can buy a proper cover, but just a cheap bit of matting works fine. It makes it so much easier as the pillion doesn't slide forward.

its not easy to hold onto the grab rail when pillion. its useful for braking but I use love handles with my pillions. never had a clash of helmets. but i dont brake so its not a problem.
