Default Sneezing in your lid; dangerous?

I have just come back in after a quick blast, out round Bath, and as i was coming back through Kelston and some twisties, had a attack of sneezing, never had it before or sneezed with my helmet on, but that is not good, scared the b- jesus out of me, that is a killer

When i was coming round the ring road in east Bristol, i saw to motor cycle cops, and was quite surprised to get a nod.............if they would of seen me 30 seconds earlier i would of got a ticket, maybe they are human

Also eye ball blue pointy in Bath, coming down by the cemetry, exchange of nods.

Not funny is it. My greatest fear is developing hayfever which must be horrendous for bikers.

I suffer from hayfever and strangely it has only happened once luckily whilst sitting at lights, visor open thanfully. I do find that I dont suffer as much when biking, perhaps because I tend to breath correctly through the nose out the mouth!.......why dont I do that normally?

I sneeze everytime I go out in summer as I get bad hayfever. Never had a wobble or bad thing happen through sneezing.

'They' reckon that if you go into a sneezing fit (5 or 6 on the bounce) at 70 MPH, you will be driving blind for approx half a mile.... Scary!

I'm a hayfever sufferer- as long as I keep the antihistamines up, I don't suffer as bad these days.

Though have sneezed in my lid a few times- my dilemma tends to be if I'm in a place where my clutch hand is free to get get visor up- save getting a snotty view for the rest of the ride. Its bad enough with the bugs in summer!!!

And I do sneeze particularly violently...

bike cops are bikers too, i've met a few and they seem to be fine with other bikes and mods too, never had a problem.
