Just called them to notify the change of address. Was advised at renewal a couple of months ago that it would be a min admin charge of £25 + any change of premium. Cost today? Zilch. Nice one.

![]() Although if they can charge, perhaps you have moved to a less risky postcode and the refund you should have got covered the £25. So far I have ben charged £25 admin fee for change of bike and £25 admin fee for change of reg plate this year by express lol Still rate them very highly though.

£25 is a lot for an admin charge, I reckon they didn't charge it you, I barely ever charge people at work.
