Can someone settle an arguement for me?
What's the motor revving at on a 650 pointy at 70mph in top gear? Thanks Monkey |

Now, quite obviously that would depend on gearing.
When I was running non-standard gearing, IIRC, 70mph in top was 5500rpm. That was upping the rear by two teeth. Now I'm back on stock gearing, for an SV650S (note the naked has different gearing as standard), it's more like 5k bang on. Last edited by Baph; 30-07-08 at 06:59 PM. |
