Default My OS35Max didn't have enough go ...

The plane flew, but it was very 'marginal' on power ...

So last night I put one of my SC46's in ... gonna give it a go later ... the SC46 is an ABC engine and must produce twice the power?!?!? .... should make the wings clap!!

Is it on the OS 35FP? Good motor, the 40 is better and not much heavier.

Put a fairly big prop on it with fine pitch.

I think they're talking remote control planes.

The Max was 2nd hand when I bought it about 20 years ago!! ... so its prolly 30-40yrs old I got a 15FP ... the 40FP is a perfect little engine for trainers, reliable, good power curve and fairly light ... but if you are into aerobatics (not pattern ship type, 'fun' type) ... you need a screaming ABC engine ...

Didn't get to fly it today

I might rip the 46 out and drop my ASP 90 in it tonight ... just to make sure it has enough grunt!!

Dunno why I have had a sudden re-interest in my RC planes
