Fender extender glue

What glue should I use for my fender extender?

I used some no nails type stuff but it wasn't meant for the wet, and started to go soft on one edge and come away so I pulled it off.

sikaflex 221 i got mine from a local car parts supplier (brown brothers) tis good stuff but give it at least 24 hours to cure.

my extender has been on the new bike since april and it aint moved a mm

I used a glass fibre repair kit to bond my fender extender to the mudguard.

After this modification, I only kept my bike for over a year, and did 6000 miles. Then I sold the bike, but it was still firmly attached and rock solid!

I guess that might be overkill though.

i just screwed mine, that aint dropping off.

+1 lot safer

Rivet, Screw, Epoxy Glue, loads of ways which offer the same result.

I used the two part Expoxy which you can get at any car shop, a quick sand on the meeting points of the fender and extender and they were ready to glued together.

The really fancy way would be to get it plastic welded, then get the join smoothed down and resprayed so it all looks like one piece

You stuck mine on, it dropped off lol
