Default Wanted - louder exhaust for curvy

Just picked up a curvy with a standard exhaust and want to liberate that twin sound? On a budget so a full system is out so just an end can (presume they come with a link pipe to attach to standard headers?)

What can you guys recommend - ideally I'd like one with a removable baffle but open to all recomendations. Even better if someone has one for sale?

Hey

Sorry to do this to ya, but have a look on the forum in the Exhausts section, plenty plenty of choice for you in a budget range nowadays. If its noise you are after then brand isnt important, the likes of fuel would be a good bet.

Ha ha, don't be sorry. I mod on another forum and am far ruder than that to newbies

I'll have a good look around

I was going to suggest putting Fuel in search but then realised just how many threads that would bring up.

You will need to hacksaw the OEM exhaust unless it's already been done.

I went for a FUEL budget stainless steel can from Ebay and I think I couldn't have made a better decision. Before I got it I was thinking I would remove the baffle first thing but the sound turned out to be so throaty with the baffle in it would be pointless to remove it!
The budget can comes with the baffle riveted in. You can take the rivet out and replace it with a screw should you need to.

So far I've had three people comment on the bike's beatiful gurgle at traffic lights
