Default Help : Were you at Bike Show at NEC?

If so - did you spot the stand selling Daytona hot grips for £25 - or even buy some?

The ones I bought seem to be faulty and I can't track down who I bought them from, and the receipt doesn't say on it.

So, if you you can help, please get in touch. They might even be at the London Show so if you happen to be going and see anyone doing the same deal can you get a dealer name for me?

All help appreciated - it isn't so much the £25 I paid for the grips but the £80 to have them fitted and then have them not work which is most annoying.

I got them done by a bike place near me who were doing some other bits and pieces. They did a really neat job, as I'd have made a real hash of it. The grips work on the start button, then go cold when you set them on the run setting. I've heard of a few other people who have had this problem but I've yet to find a solution.

I'd contact the manufacturer direct or their UK importer if you can't find who supplied you. You have a proof of purchase so i don't see how they could not honour their guarantee. i'd be doubtful if you'll get any money out of them for re-fitting the new ones unfortunatly, but worth a go i guess.

Tried that, and they said without knowing the dealer they may not have been bought from them, so they won't help.

My mate bought a set of those £25 ones - I'll text him & ask if he's got any paperwork with them.

You rang?????? But unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the actual dealer. All I know is that they were a Motrax supplier. I've still yet to fit mine!!!

Nahhhhhhh, did his, didn't bother doing mine......as to the OP......have a look at the NEW Bike Show website, they still have the full A-Z of stall holders and also maps of the Halls showing where each place was.
