I like cheese.....
Well I'm having a terrible day so thought I would add some randomness to the GM.
I like cheese, I think Emental is my favourite. |

Comte is probably the best cheese I've eaten. You have to eat it at room temperature, on it's own (no bread, crackers, pickle etc.) It's very expensive too.

Emental has a subtle flavour and the brand I buy is nor rubbery at all. Can't remember the brand, it comes in a red pack though...........
Maybe Leerdamer is somesuch. I also like really strong cheddar. Yum! Mature Cheddar Crusty baguette Chunky pickle salad YUM! |
