Anyone got some of these, and could post up comments as an alternative to Leathers.
Looking to get a pair as an interim solution before I can afford some decent leathers. |

I've got a pair of Hood jeans - well recognised on here as being superior to the Draggin ones and I'd certainly recommend them anyway.
http://www.hoodjeans.co.uk/ Very helpful & good customer service from Hood. |

they aren't an alternative to Leathers, the level of protection is far less, proper textiles would be a better solution if money is tight (and they are waterproof), it would be foolish to just have kelvar jeans as your only form of protection, most people with these have them in addition to leathers or textiles for that very reason and use them accordingly.
Cheers Mark.

yeah if i was in your position i would go for some textiles over leathers, at least then you will be warm and dry, i only ever use my draggin jeans if im going to college or will be shopping etc, for a ride i always don the leathers.

The point is though, you can get good quality leather kit second hand if your budget is limited. |
