Default internet explorer

my web page has decided to change, when i view a page it fills the whole screen and the upper tollbars dissapear unless i put the mouse to the top of the screen.

how do i fix this its driving me insane

mozilla firefox i did have never looked back much better than ie imho.

my dad uses firefox on his pc,

i cant understand why this has changed. I gather there is a command or setting to return it to standard where the toolbar stays and doesnt dissapear to increase the display size.

Bah, and I just made mine do it to try and work out how to fix it for you. Was just about to ask what version of windows you're using 'cuz I worked out how to undo mine.
