Yeah, yeah, I've not gone all IL4 on y'all. I've currently got Dissuade's CBR in the garage since she's too pansy to ride over winter and is having issues with it (like not knowing what a spanner is, let alone how to turn one).
The bike currently has the FI and MIL lights constantly on, and refuses to spit out any error codes. Tried jumping the dealer switch and it's still constant on. According to the error-code table, a constantly lit FI and MIL light with no error codes is a problem with either: The data cable wiring or the ECM. Anyone got any suggestions how to test this? I'm not a big fan of the idea of putting a multimeter over all the connectors on the data-cable...it would take about three years to get it all done. |
