Bought a new lid from HG last week, found that the top vent wouldnt close. Covered about 300 miles since then, regularly trying to close the vent and failing. So today i nipped back to HG and explained to the girl what the problem was, and as i demonstrated... click. vent closed. beautiful example of sods law in action.
also, on my way down through town i realised the purpose of the neutral gear position. its actually a device that, working on the principle of sods law, will turn traffic lights green immediatley ![]() |
