Default Neighbour phoned the fuzz because I was working on the bike

I was working on the tzr earlier and he came down the drive and said "Do you mind? I can't hear myself think". I looked at him then just carried on working. I know what he is like, he has moaned at me before about where I park my car on the street. He then said "are your parents home?" which I found pretty insulting so said "What??" anyway he eventually threatened to phone the police so I said "go for it" and he said "fine if that's how you want it".
I heard him in his garden on the phone to the police and I swear it was 2 minutes later they were at the drive. They spoke to him then came to speak to me and asked what happened. They basically said it's our drive so it's up to me what I do and I'm not doing anything wrong. He's a complete to55er.

Sorry, bit of a pointless thread but I'm just pi55ed off and felt like having a rant

lol what a bellend!
I just went round to my mates house was looking over a few of their bikes and their neighbour came out on his and had a chat then their other neighbour got talking to me because he used to have an sv. It was unbelievable how well they got on. Was just thinking, wish I had neighbours like that!

**** one mate im lucky my neighbours are diamonds (one is letting me put a big f off shed right beside his garden for me to work on the bikes and he's going help put it up gent) i think you should get a berco boiler and invite all your mates round to work on there bikes in your drive for a week (even if they dont need too) with a few brews and lots of engine idle testing

Bloody hell. Some people really have nothing better to do than whinge and complain about silly things.

Good on you for ignoring him and carrying on with what you were doing. I bet the police were peeved at him for wasting their time..! TBH im suprised they turned up that quick over a "minor" thing.

Ive got a neighbour who complains about EVERYTHING. you name it, she'l whinge. She even gets upset when my cat sits on the mat on her doorstep. She chases after him clapping her hands But then he was sick in her garden not long after which serves her right

Wait for them to have a party and then return the favour!

My neighbour cuts the leaves off my plants. I like plants that grow big and flop over, like my giiant scabious, but she complains that 'they invade my airspace'. True.

BBQ at yours this summer Darren and invite the 'ecosse posse'!
Now that will really tic him off and he'll never complain again!

He definitely loves to moan. He is well known for it over the years. There used to be a pub next door to him (our house was built in the land behind the pub. It's now a B&B) and he used to always complain about the noise from the live bands etc. You'd think he would have noticed the pub before he moved in!
I don't want to cause too much bother because it is my parents that will have to put up with him for years to come after I move out. But I just can't be bothered putting up with his cr@p

Big breaths, and SMILE, a lot at him. Not worth the hassle tbh

Take your bike to infront of his house.. make sure baffles are out or the slip on is removed completely, max noise please!

Park it so your back wheel is inline with his front door. Knock on the door and jump on your bike. Just as he opens the door, start it and do a huge burnout in his face. That out to shut him up.
