Question Fork removal help

could one of you lovely people (getting the sucking up in early) tell me the easyest way to remove the forks if i need any special tools or any genral points pit falls i should be aware of
hopefully it wont be a mare to do forks and yokes are the only bits that need to be seperated upon removal. so line up below to call me a muppet throw abuse then give me the answers i require

Release the clipons and top-caps before undoing the clamps - makes life a bit easier

Abba stand.
Then small bottle jack under the fron down pipe to tip the bike onto the back wheel.
I think you need a 12mm allen key for the front wheel spindle. I never had one in my tool kit.
Remove the front wheel, fender.
Take off the calipers and use some string to hang them carefully from some handy bit of the bike.
As mentioned above slack off the cap bolts on the top of the forks and the clip on bolts.
Slack off top yoke pnch bolts.
Undo the bottom ones one at a time and slide the forks out....
Thats from memory and mine was pointy.........

Nah you don't need an allen key for the curvy.

Crack the top caps before you split owt else. Rest isn't too bad.
