I lubed my chain the other day using Chain Lube. The process was good. But when I took the bike for a ride the day after, I found the Chain Lube spilt all over the back wheel and the left swingarm. I am sure I didn't spray any on the wheel the day before.
The chain is brand new - 525MVXZ-120L Gold EK Chain. Did I spray too much Chain Lube on the chain? Or should I choose some other lubrication products which are thick and sticky? Thanks. |

However if you find you have difficulty judging the amount, spray the chain, wait 5 minutes then wipe it down with a rag to remove the excess. Of course that's if you don't get arond to fitting a scottoiler ......... ![]() Cheers Mark.
