Had a little bimble - SV650.org

So the cast is off, the sun shinning and I managed to get me boots on.

5 miles and the ankle hurts. So got a total of 15 miles, wooden riding.

I was confident I could support the weight of the bike, and the fracture clinic have told me to weight bare etc. Still got a bollocking when daughter came home to find me/bike had escaped.

So tomorrow I think I will aim for 30-50 miles. trouble is I have to stay local to ensure I can get home if pain set in.

So on the road to recovery
