US government bailed this company out using taxpayers money, and now they are seeking to increase the cost of crude oil?

Go figure....

Oh great... I had just gotten used to cheapy petrol.. what happened to the old £0.92/l unleaded about a month ago.....

It all needs a giant tidy up and it needs to be monitored fairly. If they sell petrol at £0.95/l as opposed to £1.15, they'll still be some of the richest people alive......

I had world.

The yanks will only invade France and Mexico if you do and then force up the prices of wine and nachos.

But fuel prices have since risen, mirroring the worldwide cost of oil, and a fuel duty increase of 2p per litre in September will also add to motorists' misery.
I forgot about that, well done GB

I remember when I first passed my driving test and I worked in a petrol station. The manager raised the price of unleaded to the unheard sum of 74.9p. I remember saying to her that nobody would pay it as it was WAY too expensive.

I remember petrol being 80p!!

If petrol goes too high, Im seriously considering using public transport for work and using my car on the weekends only. I refuse to pay more than £1.20 per litre. And before anyone says that public transport is just as expensive, I get to travel for free across the whole of london
