Speedy & Lily`s Day Out In Wales :o)

Leopard Lily and I had a lovely day out in North Wales today.... great fun and mainly sunshine. We were lucky in that when it did rain we were either indoors or not actually on the bikes and able to shelter. We did actually get a fair bit of riding done tho we do seem to have taken loads of pics!

We met up in Denbeigh at A & D Motorcycles and from there rode to Bala where we missed the rain cos were were eating lunch. Bit of a stop after that at Bala Lake then further along the road to another lake? we then carried on up to Betwys-Coed but just prior to getting their the heavens opened so we did a quick u turn to the cafe we`d just passed. Home again via places with unprounceable names, thru Ruthin then onto Mold where we parted company.

Sorry there seems to be a lot of pics here but believe me there`s 3 times this many that I haven`t uploaded lol

Next time we`re gonna head further afield and do a lot more riding than taking pics

Looks like a grand day out

I was working in Dorset yesterday, in a wooded area, we were just finishing when the heavens opened and there was the most almighty clap of lightning

Only when we jumped in the car to go home did we find out it had blown over a tree only a quarter of a mile away and brought it down, narrowly missing two buses, blocked our route home...

The second lake is Llyn Celin. And looks like you were on the dam road, often that gate is locked.
