A free safe for your bike???? Sounds a bit dangerous to me. All that extra weight. And everyone would walk past thinking - he's got a safe on his bike. must be something valueable inside. Where's my crowbar?"
Still, gotta be a damn site less ugly than a top box..... ;o) |

Pffft, you gotta be kidding right? I'll be nice to the nice biker fella, regadless of how he's dressed or what he rides
![]() Ride like an angel? Hmmm, i did a mini bikesafe at the recent London Bikesafeshow at Hendon while test riding an 1198S (be jealous Fizzy one, be very jealous) and the fella did tell me to ride how i normally do. So i did...within reason. I kept it beloww 100 on the m-way sections, just to be polite you know but had a moment on the backroads where the bike sounded so good i changed up a gear before i'd looked at the speed....and when i did look i was doing 104 in a 50 ![]() he was cool tho and on the ride back on a virtually empty m-way he overtook me and gave mea gesture to pick the speed up a bit. Ace dude he was ![]()

Don't be fooled Zig. My first bikesafe was very good, but the second one last year was just a pain in the bum. I kept getting told off for speeding and I mean a few mph over.

If I end up being followed by our friends in blue, it'll be by chance, not planning........
Cheers Mark.
