Default Hugger for SV650 SK8

Hi - can anyone recommend a hugger that will definately fit the SK8 model (bikini fairing)? I wanted to fit a Pyramid Hugger as they appear to have an extended part at the front of the hugger that protects the lower suspension links. However, the Pyramid site state that it does not fit the sport model. Has anyone got one to fit? Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers - Steve

Theres one in the Suzuki catalogue, P/N: 990D0-17G90-xxx (replace xxx with your colour code). Price is £166, order from your local Suzuki dealer.

I've got that one on mine. Superb fit and colour match.

Not sure why it wouldn't, the swingarm and subframe components are the same.

Thanks for the advice.

I've ended up with the Pyramid - had to do some filing on the chain side and made a new bracket for the otherside of the swinging arm. The supplied bracket kept moving and closing up the clearance on the tyre.

Looks good now and the clearance will get better as the wheel gets adjusted to compensate for chain wear.

Cheers Steve
