Like David Lee Roth said about the famous bowl of M&M's with all the brown ones removed... it's a very simple way of making sure that contracts have actually been read.

excellent, I've heard of things like that but never seen it in black and white.

Heard of one contractor requesting that in the event of a heavy weekend, the early finish they have on fridays could be substitued to a late start on Monday to aviod the use of machinary with a hangover.

I wish some of our tendering dept would read contracts and the like.

what was dismissed as "they want us to provide a database system , IT can do that". cost over £1.5million and took 5 years to develop and populate
