The real quesetion should be: How often do you change your toothbrush?! For me it's every time I buy a new tube of tooth paste.

I use an "Oral B" battery powered disposable*. Fantastic



*Warning - don't be tempted to let the missus use it for anything else**

LOL it is quite, however it pleases me. I clean my teath like 3 or 4 times a day i get through one of these brushes in 2 months easy
