Had a wee bit of a dash for a gap on the Lambeth Bridge roundabout on the way home, came equal 1st with a Bently Continental Turbo (nice car!).
Felt 100% fine, no damage to car, new scuff on my crash bungs no other visible damage, he left happy, i left happy. 5 mins later right foot starts to hurt, 15 mins later im in Lewisham A&E. Chipped bone in foot ![]() Ouch, basicaly i was slightly banked over and run out of momentum and just fell over on the right side, 100% my fault. (but im blaming it on the brand new chainand sprockets - Honest!) So its a quiet few days at home with my favourite bag of frozen peas and pain killers till fracture clinic wants to see em again. |

![]() At least you don't need to apply the frozen peas to the bike - they don't usually respond well ![]() |
