Default Advice please

Guys and girls

It has finally happened a lovely female I know has said yes to going out on a date with me .

Now I know possibly what advice is going to come my way, but my question is do I go ahead and sort out a "normal first date" and rely on my banter , good looks and behaving like a gentlemen to secure a second date, or I do arrange to do something out of the ordinary for a first date .

Its going to be next sunday, so any thoughts of what to do whether original or different would be helpful

Karl

As mentioned above...don't over do it trying to impress her.
Go for securing that 2nd date.
Save the crazy (out of the ordinary) date for later.
That sort of thing tends to work well after they get to know you a bit.
And tends to scare them off if they don't know you that well.

Just be yourself...only happier.

Best of luck....

Don't mention you sought advice on a Forum... or worse that you actually followed it!
Otherwise as above, be yourself. If she isn't good enough to spot you're the right bloke for her that's her problem.

Jinxy, keep it simple and judge the situation accordingly.

You must know her interests or hobbies and what type of person she is, there is no use asking for advice on where to take her from others when you haven't told us what she enjoys, every woman is different so without this information no one on here can make a valid suggestion.

However I will agree, don't do anything too over the top, she might think you are a bit desperate or a stalker type and also if you make the first date so wonderful then if you like each other then where do you go from there, also if you don't like her, you've wasted a lot of money.
