It appears to be able to go sideways. Very neat. It might use something like the Omni Wheel.

Oi...he's not here to have a go you now....so I'm gonna do it for him...

Just kidding dear, you're absolutely right. It even goes about the right speed for him to handle

Seriously though......that would have to be road tax exempt. Not only is it electric, but onlyhas one weeny wheel! Love it!
