speeding?
do the police have to stop you at the road side if you are caught by the lovely boys in blue with the speed gun, or do they send it to you nowadays.
its just i saw the at the roadside and i am sure i was over the limit by a bit. so am i lucky or do i sit and wait? |

Short answer being, no, they don't have to stop you. |
